Our experience in this area includes:

  • Facilitation – We have facilitated sessions at all organisational levels on topics such as strategic planning, workplace psychological safety, managing ambiguity and uncertainty, trauma, resilience, occupational violence and aggression, and wellbeing.

  • Leadership Development – We have designed and delivered training to Senior Executive and Managers on leadership skills including adaptive leadership, models for coaching staff and strengths based approaches.

  • People Management Development – We have designed and delivered training for managers in numerous organisations on: leading for wellbeing, performance management, challenging conversations, legal obligations, supervision frameworks and conflict management. We have also provided advice in multiple contexts to managers on specific complex people management issues.
