Background and Experience:

Nadia is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with extensive experience in child and adolescent mental health as well as relationship counselling. She has worked in hospital, community, and crisis settings, providing compassionate, evidence-based interventions.Nadia is a proud LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming practitioner, committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds.

Relationship Counselling:

Nadia is passionate about helping couples understand their relational dynamics, improve communication, and strengthen their connection. She utilises evidence- based modalities such as the Gottman Method and Systemic Therapy, among others, to help couples identify and shift unhelpful communication patterns that may be causing conflict or disconnection.

Nadia supports couples facing challenges such as infidelity, trauma, grief, mental health struggles, and major life transitions. She also works proactively with couples to enhance intimacy and emotional closeness, helping them to deepen their bond and prevent future struggles.

Family Therapy:

Nadia offers family therapy for individuals, parents, and children of all ages—ranging from early childhood to adulthood. She helps families navigate complex dynamics, improve communication, and build stronger, healthier connections. Nadia uses a systemic and trauma-informed approach which integrates Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Strategic Family Therapy to guide families toward healthier ways of relating and coping. She welcomes families of all structures—including blended families and chosen families.
